EU authorized representative
The full name of the European Union RSP is the EU Authorized Representative. The European Union refers to the person in charge of selling goods with the CE mark within the EU when the seller is outside the EU, and represents the seller in fulfilling the requirements of relevant EU directives and laws for the seller. Authorized representative of the United Kingdom
The full name of the British term is the UK Authorized Representative. The British term refers to the person in charge of selling goods bearing the CE/UKCA mark in the UK when the manufacturer is outside the UK. Note: The British government stipulates that the British Conformity Assessment (UKCA) certification mark will be officially used on January 1, 2021. It covers most goods that previously required the CE mark, but the CE mark can be used before January 1, 2022.
German Packaging Law Registration + Declaration (2025)
The full name of VerpackG is Verpackungsgesetz, the German Packaging Law. The new German packaging law (VerpackG) came into effect in January 2019. The law is based on the latest revision of the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive, which requires merchants to register the packaging law and declare the packaging materials, types and weights of pre-sold products, otherwise the products will not be able to be stored or sold in Germany.

Spanish Packaging Law Registration + Declaration (2025)
