Cosmetic Products Notification (SCPN) is an online notification system created by the British Cosmetics Regulations to achieve cosmetics supervision. On December 2, 2020, the British government issued the "Brexit Transition: New Rules for 2021". The new regulations require: From January 1, 2021, the UK will have its own cosmetics notification database-Submit Cosmetic Products No-tifcation (SCPN) service. If a product is placed on the UK market, a registered cosmetics notification is required.
