The full name of the United States is the authorized representative of the United States. The U.S. FDA, FCC, CPC and other relevant regulations stipulate that foreign sellers of medical devices, cosmetics, food, drugs, laser products, wireless products, children's toys, maternal and child products, etc. must register before entering the U.S. market and designate a U.S. agent to be responsible for emergency and daily affairs communication.
* U.S. agents must have commercial premises in the United States and be able to answer phone calls or receive letters during normal U.S. office hours. They must not just email addresses, voice calls, or other places that do not meet the requirements at all.

1.Due to the policy regulations of the US agent, we are unable to provide services for the following products: toys for children under three years old, massage products, medical-related products, beauty and skin care cosmetics, mother and baby products, products containing liquids, food products, bulletproof and explosion-proof items, laser products, landmine detectors, protective masks, firearms and ammunition, various medicines, drugs, etc.
2. The US agent is not responsible for handling after-sales issues of the products. Please do not mail the returned products to the address of the authorized representative. We are not responsible for any loss of items.
3. As the person in charge of the US representative for cross-border sellers, our company is not the manufacturer, importer or distributor of the products. We only provide communication and contact between the sellers and the European Union. We are not responsible for customs clearance or product compliance guarantees. If any product compliance issues arise, the sellers shall be solely responsible.
