Cross-border sellers selling furniture products in France need to register furniture EPR. The service only includes registration + declaration. (Event products cannot be used for renewal and refunds are not supported)

Service Details

In France, the National Environmental Commitments Act of 2010 stipulates that "any natural or legal person that manufactures, imports or introduces furniture to the market has the responsibility to collect and dispose of waste generated when the relevant product is scrapped, that is, to include furniture items in the" Producer Extended Responsibility (EPR) principle."
