Cross-border sellers selling DIY and gardening tool products in France need to register DIY and gardening tool EPR. The service only includes registration + declaration and does not include any recovery fees. (Event products cannot be used for renewal and refunds are not supported)

Service Details

The Circular Economy Anti-Waste Law (AGEC) of February 20, 2020 includes the recycling and reuse of gardening and repair tools under the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), which means that natural or legal persons who manufacture, import or introduce gardening and repair tools into the French market have the responsibility to collect and dispose of waste generated when the relevant products are scrapped.
