The full name of CPNP is The Cosmetics Products Notification Portal, which is a product certification for all cosmetics exported to the EU. The European Union issued on November 30, 2009: Starting from July 11, 2013, the European Union Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223 2009 replaces the Cosmetics Directive 76 768 EEC. All cosmetics regulations apply to cosmetics products on the European market. Cosmetic products are registered in the European Union with CPNP to ensure product safety and strengthen market surveillance.
