The Circular Economy Anti-Waste Law (AGEC) of February 20, 2020 includes the recycling and reuse of gardening and repair tools under the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), which means that natural or legal persons who manufacture, import or introduce gardening and repair tools into the French market have the responsibility to collect and dispose of waste generated when the relevant products are scrapped.
