The General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) are the latest product safety regulations in the EU, and understanding key requirements is crucial for selling products in the EU and Northern Ireland
Ensure that all products sold in the EU and Northern Ireland are GPSR compliant Regulations and existing labeling and traceability requirements. Products must pass relevant safety tests, obtain necessary certification documents, and establish a complete quality management system.
